Fideo Chicken

Ingredients:
  3 piece(s) chicken breast
  1/2 piece(s) onion - minced
  1 tbsp. garlic
  2 tbsp. olive oil
  1 can(s) minced seasoned tomatoes
  2 cup(s) chicken broth
  1 can(s) diced green chilies - large can
  1 can(s) tomato paste
  1 fideo pasta - cut

Directions:
  1:	cube chicken breast

  2:	saute chicken, onion, garlic and olive oil for 20 minutes over medium heat

  3:	Add tomatoes, chicken broth and green chilies and bring to a boil

  4:	add tomato paste

  5:	add fideo pasta

  6:	cover and simmer 15 minutes until pasta is done.
